Key Refund Policy Details
1. Full Refund Before Classes Begin
If a student withdraws before the start of classes, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
2. No Refunds After Attending Classes
No refunds will be provided if a student has attended even one class, regardless of the number of classes taken.
3. Missed Classes by Quran Verse Pro
If classes are missed due to our tutors' inability to conduct sessions, a refund for the missed classes will be issued, or the equivalent credit may be applied to future classes.
4. Student-Initiated Class Postponement
In case of emergencies or other valid reasons, students may postpone classes. The credit for these classes will be transferred to the following month.
5. Tutor Leave During Eid Holidays
Tutors observe paid leave during Eid holidays (twice a year). No refunds will be issued for these scheduled breaks.
6. Public Holidays
Public holidays are considered paid leave for tutors, and no refunds will be provided for classes affected by these days.
7. Non-Refundable Additional Fees
Registration fees, resource costs, or other non-tuition fees are not eligible for refunds.
8. No Refund for Excess Costs
If the refund amount calculated exceeds the paid tuition fee, no refund will be issued.
